DoodleTech Ltd respects you and your privacy; we collect some of your personal information in order to fulfil your orders and to reply to emails / queries. We will never sell, trade or disclose your information with third party companies.

What we do with your information

When you make a purchase using our website, as part of the buying and selling process we will collect the personal information that you give us such as your name, email address, telephone number and shipping address to fulfil the order request.  As you use and browse our website, we will automatically receive your computers internet protocol (IP) address which provides us with information about your browser and operating system. We use this information for analytics to see trends in network traffic through our website based on geographic location. DoodleTech Ltd (where applicable) will utilise email marketing to send emails, with your permission, about our store, new products, sales and discount codes.

Wix – Wix is the provider / host of our website, they provide us with the online ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored on Wix's data storage solutions on their network, which is protected by a variety of industry standard security measures. They employ a number of administrative, technical and physical security measures such as firewalls, building redundancy, SSL encryption to help them protect your data. Wix uses third party processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third part payment processors are subject / governed by their own privacy policies. Currently payments for our products and services are processed and managed by the third party company PayPal. PayPal – PayPal is a third party payment processor that currently processes and manages transactions through our website for example product payments / refunds. PayPal collects and handles various pieces of information about transactions that are made using its services. PayPal will generally only use, collect and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide us. When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site, for example Facebook and Pinterest share buttons. DoodleTech Ltd will not be responsible for the privacy practices / contents of these external sites, so we encourage you to read their privacy statements

DoodleTech Ltd utilises social media sites for advertisement and customer interaction, sites we use include, but are not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram. Your interaction with such sites and information you provide in connection to posts are publicly viewable outside of that domain and are subject to the social media sites own privacy policy. If you disagree with information being disclosed on these social media sites then you should not use them, as DoodleTech Ltd will not be responsible for information customers post or share.
