Shipping Policy

DoodleTech Ltd as a wholesaler of craft shapes and bespoke gifts charges a postage fee dependant on the orders total value. Please see our postage bands below:

£0.00 - £4.99 = £1 P+P

£5.00 - £9.99 = £1.99 P+P

£10.00 - £24.99 = £3.99 P+P

£25.00 - £99.99 = £4.99 P+P

£100.00 + = FREE P+P

Large letters + Parcels up to 2kg

All parcels and large letters up to 2kg in weight will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class postage which is usually delivered within three to five working days.

 

Parcels over 2kg

If your order weighs more than 2kg it may be sent using another courier dependant on the available services running at the time. For larger orders, the courier may vary depending on the box size and overall order weight.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days from the purchase date, but often we are able to dispatch them sooner. For custom / personalised products, it can take slightly longer for orders to be dispatched, depending on our lead-time / workload; however we still aim to dispatch your item within the two day time-frame. If there are any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you via email with the relevant updates.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us and return your item in its original condition via post (at your own cost), within 14 days after receiving it for a full refund (minus postage charges). Please note that we will not be responsible for damages to returned items. If there is damage and the item cannot be resold a new item will not be reposted or you will be charged for the damaged item. When returning an item, please use a tracked service to guarantee your item makes it back to us, as a proof of postage will not count as the item having been received.

If your order is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns and offer a replacement or refund, simply contact us within 14 days from receiving your order with the issue details so that we can work on resolving them for you as quickly as possible.

We are sorry but personalised products or items that are made to order cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or if we have made a mistake. When placing a custom order please ensure you spell your personalisation correctly and double-check the size requirements (where applicable) to ensure your order is correct at the time of purchasing. We will not refund or replace orders where the buyer is at fault, due to ordering the wrong personalisation or size.
